Missions

Missions at Christ Chapel is ingrained in our culture and underpins the Church's vision to Gather, Grow, Go and Multiply.

We seek to equip, mobilize and provide opportunities for God's people to actively participate in supporting, serving, and spreading the gospel with our partner organizations or wherever we are called.

Learn more about these opportunities to become involved in supporting and serving our neighbors and the nation's, with the Alliance, within the church, or individually, so that Christ will be proclaimed and glorified.

The Work of the Alliance

As an Alliance Church we actively tithe, support and provide opportunities to serve the work of the Christian and Missionary Alliance and their missionaries around the world. We support the Alliance work in general through the Great Commission Fund and specific missionaries, particularly in closed access countries.

For short term trips and internships Envision is a movement within the C&MA that specializes in missional engagement. Every year thousands of Alliance people travel to participate in short term missions and connect with the long term missions efforts of the Alliance.

Compassion and Mercy Associates (CAMA) is a Christ-centered relief and development agency of the Alliance committed to the social demonstration and verbal proclamation of the gospel. CAMA staff members seek both physical and spiritual wholeness for the people they serve.

They have translated short-term relief into long-term development projects that emphasize local ownership and sustainability, capitalizing on local strengths and resources.

Our Church at Work

As a Church we actively support and serve both local outreach and overseas mission opportunities and encourage Church member’s involvement. Church supported opportunities that occur either on an ongoing basis or at least annually are listed with direct links to the individual missions. Learn more about Church sponsored opportunities.
